Well, it's been a while since I recorded a journal entry, but all is well. I have gone over a little on my calories all week, except today, but I've stepped up my running a little bit. I'm gonna run tomorrow morning, weight lift, and then go mtn biking tomorrow afternoon. It's supposed to be a beautiful day!
