I love the outdoors! Especially in the fall! Would love to live somewhere where hiking/biking trails were 5 minutes away! I'd never be inside!! I make do with a gym membership though. I attend 5-6 days a week and usually run 3 miles each day, then either do pilates or circuit training if there's time! Never thought I'd see the day when I was able to run!!! It's amazing that it takes at least 2 hours at the gym to get it all in! Who has time for that! But you have to make time!
I was beginning to think I'd be fat and miserable for the rest of my life! I wasn't what I would call obese, but statistically, I was! Joining Jenny Craig is one of the best decisions that I've ever made! I wouldn't be where I am today if I hadn't, and it's worth EVERY PENNY! My mom joined with me and it's been a wonderful experience and transformation! We've both done really well! I hope to be at my goal weight by the end of the year, if not before...it's very exciting!
I feel like a new person! I have a new outlook on life and know that it's gonna be great! I'll never have to say that I can't because of my weight limitations! I used to tire easily! I feel so much healthier and have so much more energy now!
