Had a snack attack about 10pm last night. Stayed awake til 2am with guilt, or disappointment among green tea kicking up the caffine with drinking a cup or two after 8pm.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
