slow and steady. doesn't matter if it takes a few weeks to lose the last two and a half, as long as it happens. and as long as it stays off as i add calories back. was at a funeral where they served so many yummy goodies :) and i managed to skip it all. quite proud of myself.
104.7 lb Lost so far: 9.9 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
