seem to be losing half a kilo a day on my new 200 cal shirataki diet. means i'll be at my goal by the end of this week. i've set a plan to go up by 100 calories every 3 days, so i should at least reach 45kg, maybe even below that. by adding back slowly, i should avoid the bit of weight gain that eating normally would give me. should be up to 1700 calories a day by the end of next month :)
