yep, I had to remember what I had eaten over the last week, die to not feeling well and just forgetting.......(think it is self sabotage myself), I have not done a lot of exercise but will try to get moving over the next few days.....we are now getting a heat wave in victoria and I am not looking forward to it....it is going to be between 32-40'c (86-104'f) and we don't have an air conditioner.
it's not fair but I suppose it will be winter soon and then it will be cold and wet
