Dunkin donuts, McDonald's, dominios pizza, bars, Jack Daniels, colt 45, salad and a Avocado wrap with fries sums up this weekend.

This weekend was very stressful for me being forced to move on in life is hard at first, but I think I'm already there. I ended up hanging out with a friend this weekend and the only food they eat is take out for every meal. So i made the best of it and had a good time.
The guilt was getting to me so I ran 3 miles today before work and plan to go again tonight for a nice lifting session. So I managed to gain 8 pounds in one day and lost 5 the next night. So I'm still on track and in the 230s at least.
245.0 lb Lost so far: 85.0 lb.    Still to go: 44.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
