Swam at lunch today. Hadn't done that in awhile, but my muscles were sore from working out yesterday, so thought it would be a good way to still workout, but be easier on the muscles.
114.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
