It was a bad weekend that started on Thursday. Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday... all bad days full of bad choices.
I maintained my workout schedule. I just haven't gotten my snacking and sweet tooth under control! I'm moving on. I feel really good actually. My body shape is changing in good ways, it's just the pounds aren't dropping.
