I need motivation!
236.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 41.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

you can do whatever you truly set your mind to.. even if the body rebels, you can master your hand putting the bad foods, and sweet food into your mouth. I actually smacked my own hand yesterday... made my kids, hubby and me all crack up laughing like loons for a few minutes!

I am just starting out and have a long road ahead of me...but I am trying..you can do it. Take a few extra steps or drink a little more water. Don't be discouraged. You will do it. 🙌
