No dance class tonight, babysitting duties instead.


Last weeks numbers are not as good as the week before.
Weeks Daily Average: 3,010.57 kCal. (Fat: 63.28 Prot: 167.04 Carbs: 365.86 ). -138.29 kCal. TDEE: 3,148.

New scales but my weight at 60.2 kg and 13% Body Fat. I can now track and record my progress daily.
