Took a lunch break along the river. Walked for 30 minutes (15 easy and 15 moderate effort). Moderate effort is when you can hold a conversation, but you can't sing so great. On second thought, I can't do that so well when I'm not exercising. Oh well, I just want to keep some level of activity up while I'm waiting to start the big challenge. I know from experience that I will eat less and excersize more if I make a record of it. There is just something about journaling that makes you more aware, and more critical about what you toss in your face.
