Induction Day 9 - Round 8 goes to Fat.

Grrr, another small gain. Problem is those small gains add up! However they add up faster than the interest on your bank account! Not sure what I did, but I will be analyzing my food diary to see what happened. I also think I will look at last October's food diary to see what I was doing since I was able to lose some weight back then. Oh, it probably doesn't help that I am having a little problem in the little girls room, if you know what I mean. It's been since Monday - eep!

I have the next 4 days off, and my hope is that I will be able to get in some exercise. Perhaps this will help to make this week a success. My goal is to get in 30-60 minutes of walking per day, depending on how my knee feels, and start the upper body work outs from P90X. Incidentally, anyone order the P90X2? Just wondering.

Off to get my walk in before it heats up too much. Have a great day!
158.2 lb Lost so far: 3.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm not sure what your October foods looked like but for myself, I can't eat sugar free candies and chocolates and still lose. Maintain? Yes, but not lose. I also find the nut butters extremely addictive and can't use them for weight loss either. Maintanance, yes, but not for weight loss. Just some thoughts to consider.

Sandy - yeah, I think that was what happened. I typically can lose, but probably shouldn't do it in induction when I am trying for another 4 pounds in the 2nd week.
