So sore after my first VBL workout last night. Wanted to stay in bed. Unfortunately I had to go to work. After the breakfast I ate earlier, I realize I need to find a better quick breakfast that will actually last me. So hungry.

You need something with Fiber I really don't see any in what you ate, and that will really help you with your hunger!! I really like the Double Fiber Bread or even the 100 calorie thinwiches they are high in fiber and fill me up!! :)
