First time logging in to Fatsecret since my local weight loss competition ended last month. I've had almost no motivation to continue with my progress. Since I don't "have to", my mind keeps trying to stop me from just doing my workouts and stuff anyways. Trying to stay motivated. My mom told me yesterday that she could see my hips coming back, and I've noticed my clothes aren't fitting as nice as they were, yet my mind won't click and get back on track. Just ordered Just Dance Summer Party to try and up my working out at home. Hopefully that will help.

Tomorrow is my final weigh in for my Valley's Biggest Loser competition. Definitely going to eat less today in preparation. Plus, I have my first and last Last Chance Workout tonight. Actually kinda excited. We'll see if I'm still excited afterwards though.
