Not sleeping well. Stressed again. Things not going the way I would like them to down south. All I can do is damage control. Keeping perspective can be very difficult, but fortunately there are some professionals down there that I can trust though they con't change what needs to change either. I think I'll be moving one of my parents again this year sometime. Funny how you can do everything you can and a person can just up and thwart your efforts to protect people.

Anyway, the discipline of lifting and watching what I eat is of great value. It's a routine that goes with me even when I'm forced to travel in stressful circumstances. For now, it will be forcing me to eat enough when I'm having to deal with issues that are essentially out of control. Faith - Persistence - Resolve. My watchwords.
188.4 lb Lost so far: 11.6 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Taking care of parents can be one of life's most stressful situations. That has had quite an effect in my family. It's real difficult.

My ageing parents are a stressful situation as well.The best thing you can do for yourself is to eat well so you can handle the stress more effectively. I find that powdered magnesium helps me to rest when I am stressed out.Best of luck, and good wishes to you and your family.
