Even tho I ate out a couple of times over the weekend, I managed to start the week off at the same weight(191)as my last weigh in. Did well yesterday and this AM showed a 1lbs loss !!! Did water arobics yesterday but no walk today - I had a fall on Sunday landing on my knees and its OK but not too comfortable walking any distance, so passed up the walk.
