well i have been walking and just started at a gym today.. I didnt do much but it was a start !! Hope to see some results when i weigh in on the first. I only weigh in once a month so i dont get discouraged if i am at a plateu and i lose no weight for that week , got that advice from a doctor as a confidence booster i guess.
