Started paleo solutions and have been walking 5 days a week for two weeks now have dropped five pounds.. I am on thyroid meds and am worried about my health. I know if i do not lose the weight i will become diabetic like my mother and i just cant let that happen....
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
