caught myself today looking forward to being home alone with a large bag of bread rolls. i can't stop binging food! I see that I must be hiding myself behind food and being fat. I'm getting tired of feeling like a victim to my hunger.
200.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 35.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Yes, it happens to a lot of us. You can take steps to gain control though. There's a book called "Becks Diet Solution". It's not a diet, but teaches you how to change the way you think about food and your behaviors. Look up the reviews on amazon, it might be something to help. Once you change your thinking and behaviors, it becomes easier.
