It's 6:30pm and my no-food fast day has gone well but then comes the temptation of chicken tikka take-away for dinner!!!
Well I'm not going to say no to that! At least I fasted for about 24 hours and based on my previous experience for Fridays that does help :)
The flexibility in following a 4:3 lifestyle is really amazing!
