Congratulations to me... I have arrived at my target weight!
Not that I am satisfied. I've made a soft landing - by which I mean my weight loss slowed down over the past weeks and now I've just barely made it to my target weight.
The good thing about this is that I am not starving myself or feeling like I cannot maintain my weight loss. But the "bad" thing is I feel like I don't have any margin. I am just barely at my target weight and I'm likely to bounce in and out of the weight I feel is acceptable. So... I am looking to lose a few more pounds and to tighten up some more middle age flab.
