I have been following the nutritionist diet and taking my pills for about 5 days. feel tired at times but I am guessing is because I am being super depraved. let's see where it takes me :)
121.4 lb Lost so far: 9.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 3.6 lb a week

Are you allowed to have chicken broth? Not sure what exactly it does, but I tend to think it helps set electrolytes back into balance, and I lose the crappy-tired feeling pretty quick. Fabulous weight loss, no matter! Stay steady and focused. You can do it!
