What a Night - What a Day
The night was short, very short. I did not even get 4 hrs in and that was interrupted. Waking up in he morning and the Fit-bit shows ca. 2500 steps... well, it speaks for itself.
As some of you may remember, I am a volunteer EMR with the local ambulance. Last night was my on-call night. I was so warm in cozy in dreamland when the pager went off. Well, that gets your Adrenalin up :-)
Long story short we ended up not transporting but still, it was past 3 am when I went back to bed and then it took a while before I was off to lala-land again. Normally at 5am the night is over, I stayed in bed until 6 am. Everything a little delayed today.
So, work was as usually in the last few months, a lot to do, a lot of pressure to get things done. I could not wait to get out off there. Will need to make up for the hour I missed this morning - maybe tomorrow. No way I could have added it to my workday today.

So, now back home... a nice cup of tea, less for the body, more for the soul. Will pack my breakfast and lunch for tomorrow and then off I go again, catching up on sleep.

Oh, BTW, Fit-bit shows ca. 9500 steps, minus the 2500 from this morning it is more than on a "normal" day - pheww....

Last but not least, food-wise it is going well. I even stuck with the Bulletproof, had to find out if I need to adjust to it as it was suggested.
I was just a little annoyed that for the second day in the row someone had brought in donuts etc. - all the "good" stuff spread out in the break-room. I sailed around it successfully(and had a slice of cheese). I have in mind to counteract at some point and bring in something way healthier - fruits, veggies, nuts, and yogurt (any other suggestions welcome). I can't and don't want to feed all of them but .....
