Feeling Good , small office party today ,with milk tart and cocktail pies I'm so focused that I ate my oats just before the party started and I'm stuffed, so I can walk past that stuff without feeling I'm missing something. Day29 of my healthy lifestyle,24-25 days left till the Argus cycling tour.
124.3 lb Lost so far: 5.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 1.5 lb a week

thanks nicki today I feel like eating , just lucky i have nuts and fruits with me at work. my lunch will be very boring tuna salad.

that's sucha a good idea! i never thought of eating oats before an event. high volume would obviously keep you full @Saige18 thanks!

I add protein powder to my oats to get some protein into them and make the oats taste better. You don't know how heavenly oats with strawberry protein powder and bananas are until u try them!
