ok I have till Tuesday then we'll be on the road for a week! I think it'll be easier for me to stick to high protein on the road actually cuz you gotta have beef jerky on the road right? LOL Anyway, that's the plan....

Since we'll be on the road I'll focus at the hotel gyms to at least get some treadmill time in - maybe more, we'll see!

I'll try to be consistent in entering food/exercise, but it may be hit & miss for the next week!!! Oh & I'll probably miss weigh in - hate it, but I don't want to just use some random scale.
