I prefer to eat a few almonds about 2-6. I also would go for a fruit. My favourite one is diagonally sliced bananas covered with green & black cocoa powder (put them in an oven bag with a tsp of cocoa and shake for an even coat) sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon -- healthy chocolate truffles for me. 🌰❤🍫🍌 If I want to make it more decadent, I push one pistachio in each slice, 😋 they look utterly chic and delicious!
