what do people do when cravings for sweet things set in?..eat fruit?...brush your teeth so they say!..i find usually a diet drink helps but thats me

Mints are good indeed. Sugar-free Polos are handy to have with you if you get a sweet craving while you're out and about.

Be aware. Sugar Free Polos have a laxative effect on many people.

Usually i have 0% greek yogurt with bluberries.also theres a range called warlden farms they make sauces n dips which afe calorie free,there quite pricey but another weapon to use against the cravings

I prefer to eat a few almonds about 2-6. I also would go for a fruit. My favourite one is diagonally sliced bananas covered with green & black cocoa powder (put them in an oven bag with a tsp of cocoa and shake for an even coat) sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon -- healthy chocolate truffles for me. 🌰❤🍫🍌 If I want to make it more decadent, I push one pistachio in each slice, 😋 they look utterly chic and delicious!
