This is my first entry. I am trying to lose those last kg that trouble my mind and my mood the last 5 years. After one month of exercise and healthy food, my pair of jeans are a little bit loose. I had some slips on my diet during this month, thats why the results are not perfect. I also forget to drink 2 lt of water... But i am not a quitter !!!
