Rats! Ok I know what the problem is. I haven't been tracking calories, just going by feel. Bzzzt, wrong! So going to start tracking again on this site, and break out the digital scale.
203.4 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.4 lb a week

OK i will go biking with you after all the snow melts there....if you start tracking cals.

Yahoo thanks you guys! Ok Fred, you somehow have figured out I have a dusty mountain bike in my garage and miles of trails minutes away. So now it's just me and the tracking, eye to eye.
