Shit happens, but hey, do not give up!! The beginning is always the hardest part! Remind yourself WHY are you doing this, if you feel like you're gonna overeat and make poor decisions, go for a walk, take a shower, take a nap, chew a gum...whatever works for you, in order to distract you from food. You'll commit eventually :) Have a great day!

Ohhh no, I wont gave up at all! It's just my up and down days due to exams season and I cant focus on the eating time, sport and other activities just sitting on chair at home and study! Thank you for your suport! ❤️😘
