kalau di aplikasi MyFitnessPal, ada penjabaran kebutuhan nutrisi yang dijadikan target harian, kalau di fatsecret saya sedikit kesulitan menemukannya.
contoh kalau di MyFitnessPal,
Target,
- Kalori 1500, maka:
- Karbohidrat 155 gram
- Lemak 41 gram
- Protein 62 gram
- Sodium 2300 mg
- Gula 47 gram

Angka diatas jadi target harian saya,
Tapi monitoring utk diet tetap pakai FatSecret karena daftar kalori makanan yang lengkap dan mudah dicari.
