Good morning all, have been back on plan (points) since Saturday and feel pretty good. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with what a good amount of fruit for the day was. I know that we need to have 5 servings of fruit or veges a day on plan, but since fruit is so packed with sugar I was wondering if it made a difference?

Things have not change... it still is 5 fruits and veggies everyday...and don't for get lots of water...
