Hi there, I'm Wendy! I am a 30 year old newlywed from Edmonds, WA. I quit smoking about 2 years ago and then went through some major life changes, which sent me in to a tailspin of emotional eating. I put on about 45 pounds over the last 2 years and am looking to get rid of it. I plan on starting WW on 4/28/07 and have a buddy going with me, so I hope to stick with it this time!

5th try at this
Good morning all. I am starting over yet again on the WW points plan. I was just wondering if anyone else has had multiple trys before they were successful? I have signed up 4 times, and lost 20lbs one time but had a hard time sticking with it....Any advise would help. I am doing the meetings this time with a buddy so I hope that helps....

Moving more in the direction that I was hoping for and also am feeling way healthier. Going to the gym at least 3 times a week, hope for more!

What can I say, it was the 4th and I had no will power. I planned to eat whatever I wanted, and we can see how well that works.... I am trying harder this ...
