My last blood test show that I'm per-diabetic, so I'm trying to lose some weight and watch what I eat. Problem is that I eat lots of fruit. I work out only three days a week, Mondays, I do martial-arts, now almost 4 yrs. only for 45 minutes as it really wears me out as I'm constantly defending my self. On Wed & Fri. I go to the gym and do 35 mts. on the tread mill and about 1/2 to 1 hr. of weights and other stuff. I'm 85 yrs. old and it's getting a little hard to keep up. I thought if I lost some weight(Gut) it would help and really watch my sugar and carbs intake, it will help my
per-diabetic condition. Sad, I've always ate good and no junk, no soda, candy, canned or packaged meals. Did lose 3 pounds.
