1462 kcal Fat: 29.03g | Prot: 59.40g | Carb: 170.87g.   Breakfast: kashi warm cinnamon cereal, blue diamond vanilla almond milk, coffee. Lunch: mozzarella low moisture, gwaltney bacon lower fat, egg beaters, sandwich thin, sweet leaf diet citrus green tea. Dinner: coffee, sweet leaf green tea, harvestland chicken thigh, sweet potato. Snacks/Other: Fiber Therapy, merlot wine, mini ice cream sandwich, devil's food cake mix, canned pumpkin. more...
