it's still so hard! I'm ok during the day I meal prep for my hubby, daughter n me. but at night I'm sooooo hungry! tonight ate 6 egg whites n 5 rice cakes! how do I curb this hunger? been doing this since monday!

How often are you eating? And are you drinking enough water? That could help with the hunger. Try eating every 2.5 to 3 hours, small meals and drink plenty of water in between. Hope this helps :)

Look into the Low Carb High Fat diet... it curbs hunger!

lchf is higher fat diet, moderate protein and low carb. It keeps you full much longer with the fat and has amazing health benefits. dietdoctor.com has some great videos on the subject and meal plans for beginners.

No high fat low carb shit... just stop eating meat, fish, milk and eggs that are full of fat (and make YOU fat) instead eat as much fruit and vegetables as you want and loose weight effortlesly. Do a reaserch on veganism. Check out slim, healthy vegans on youtube that eat as much as they want. (Freelee the banana girl is my favorite) Watch 101 reasons to go vegan. Earthlings. Cowspiracy.

What eating plan are you following? I also do LCHF but there are lots of variations out there that might be YOUR perfect fit.

It depends on your body Rocampy. For ME its low carb, moderate protein and high fat. When I follow this woe I drop weight like nobody's business but when my DAUGHTER tried it she GAINED weight. Her's is definately portion control so you have to figure out what your body wants and likes. Good luck and hang in there, I KNOW you can do it!
