Snow Day!
I decided to take a snow day today (and it is snowing heavily). If I feel like it I will go online and work some but as of right now - no way.
I almost lost it yesterday, more and more sh** is piled on me. A lot of pressure. I normally can deal with pressure pretty good but at times it is getting overwhelming. Meetings, trips, interviews, plan and then change again and again... phew... and then someone comes with some nonsense and makes it priority. Not helping! I noticed I am making errors where I never had. For me a clear sign of overload. Oh well, let this be a little longer weekend.
Food-wise - I am sticking to it despite challenges. I eat , yes at times out of frustration - but I eat low carb. Did not log yesterday as well, at least not the whole day but I promise to get better ;-)

My friend, you are stressed out. Try to rest a little today, enjoy watching the snow from inside your house. There are days that I also find hard to get through, but they pass. Take good care of yourself. I will pray that your strength will come back and that you feel renewed in body and spirit. Hugs :)

Sorry work is so frustrating!! Way to go with snacking low-carb...I have been known to emotionally eat too, and that is one of the hardest habits to change. Don't beat yourself up about not logging everything one day...that happens when life gets in the way. It's WAY more important (and wonderful), that you stuck to your guns on what you actually put into your body than recording it in your log!! Keep up the good work!!
