Alright , so I have totally been slacking on my nutrition , and gym . Yesterday I went and ate all you can eat sushi, and felt like a big BLOB , NO MORE feeling like a blob ! Going to stay positive and motivated to reach my goals. No more cheat days for 30 days ! I would actually like to start a program if anyone has any suggestions I would gladly appreciate them :)
