Alright , so I have totally been slacking on my nutrition , and gym . Yesterday I went and ate all you can eat sushi, and felt like a big BLOB , NO MORE feeling like a blob ! Going to stay positive and motivated to reach my goals. No more cheat days for 30 days ! I would actually like to start a program if anyone has any suggestions I would gladly appreciate them :)

I don't know of any programs, but I can suggest if your goal is to have "no cheat" days, to come up with a non food reward for the end of your personal challenge. Good luck. :)

A non food reward ? so like anything other than food ? lol right :P Now i am going to have to think of a good reward for myself !
