Slowly but surely. I'm doing pretty good. Feel good. Must cook this weekend...something spicey!
177.0 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm trying a new recipe...Coconut-Ginger curry soup with chicken thighs, baby spinach, kale, mini bell peppers shallots and green cabbage...will post how it tastes!! Red pepper flakes added a nice bit of heat...was going to add a jalapeño, but was not needed...lol.
