So for those of you following along, yesterday morning I weighed 282... this morning? 278! So apparently it was a lot of water. Gaining 6 pounds in 1 week is not good, but it's MUCH more reasonable than 10 pounds!
So I've apparently flushed out my water weight, and I'm guessing I'm working on more permanent stuff now... so here comes the hard work.
Today's plan is for lunch with a friend and then to do a file review and then an assignment... in between I need to get in a workout since I won't have time tonight.
