So I am feeling pretty discouraged this week. I lost a bunch of weight 2 weeks ago when I started my diet medication and now I am gaining 2 pounds per week. I have been doing some diet research and have decided to modify my belly fat cure diet. My calories are ok most of the time but the fat and protein are out of control. Time to cut out red meat and no more eating after 8pm. Definitely more exercise as well. To help with this I am typing up a guide and recommendation chart to keep track.
