(I AM FULL!) French Onion Soup for Dinner 139 calories LOW FAT - My first try at my own French Onion Soup: 3 servings beef cubes, 1 serving Beefstak Light 40 Calories per slice Soft Rye Bread, 1 serving Fat Free Sharp Cheddar Singles, 1 cup whole mushrooms, 1 cup sliced Onions.

Toasted the bread, cut up the onion and mushrooms (could have left the mushrooms out, and it would have been under 100 calories. But I like them.) Made up my soup cup (like a big coffee mug) of Beef Bouillon then added the veggies, put the stove on 400 for a few min. Put the toast on top of it all, it just fit on the top then added my cheese slice... and baked it for 10 min. Waited for it to cool, and used that time to enter my Stop & Shop no fat cheese and the Steakhouse bread to the FS database, and then sat back and enjoyed. Very filling... but I think it needs something... not sure what.

Have a great night!
