Hope the day goes as good as last night! Great walk (4 miles), worked my arms for 1/2 hour with weights while walking, and to top it off found my lost wallet. Looking forward to walking and working out tonight. As per usual, we have last minuet lots to put in the catalog, it is coming out fantastic so my first day off in two weeks will be this upcoming Friday!

I am not sure I will meet my 10 lbs by Halloween challenge, lost one week while I was sick, but still the progress was great! To anyone reading this, if your not part of a challenge here on FS, join in, find one you interests you, and join up. I found it helped keep me on track a few time and even not getting to the goal, the results are there so it is a win win.
