Today i woke up and weighed myself since i weigh myself every monday. TO my delight i discovered i lost 2.8 more pounds! i'm so excited i know the first couple of weeks the weight comes off much easier then that last few weeks. but i'm proceeding to try hard and accomplish my goal. i'm not sitting back and talking about "what i should be doing anymore" i'm actually doing it! and it feels great.
i wish the best to EVERYONE on there personal journey and efforts. and if you need any support i'm more then welcome to help (:
