god i feel guilty i broke my challenge and ate a half a piece of chicken after nine. because my friend was over and it smelled good and it was one of those times of mindless eating you knw... gahddd i'm aggravated. i mean i kept under my RDI but i wish i hadnt had done that.. Tomorrow i'll stick to my diet better. and i'll exercise i skipped a day i had to much school work.
better luck tomorrow. i'm not giving up
