i feel like im doing very well these days. tomorrow morning will be two weeks totally stuck to my diet. They say you need about 21 days to condition yourself to a new lifestyle. well after approx, 14 days im' really getting the hang of it. and i'm feeling much better and more fit.. I dont feel lazy as much. So i'm gonna stick to it and progress. best of luck to everyone <3
