does anyone else have the issue with eating well for 5 or 6 days and then eating out or making a bad choice and it's like one bad day ruins all the work because of sodium and water weight? it takes a week to get back down to where i was and then i'm tempted again.
need a way to break this roller coaster.

Have you thought about modifying your cheat day to just one cheat meal? Read labels and choose to cheat wisely. I am not on a diet ... I am on a "Live-It" !
