I guess the good part about gaining so much weight so quickly is that it also begins to come off quickly. I by NO MEANS expect this rapid weight loss to continue throughout my journey, but it would be nice if it kept up for another 5lbs! Then I'd feel I could really tackle just about anything with my weight loss goals. It will be a life long process I'm sure because it will produce life long results and effects, but to quickly undo my "oops" of a summer would be nice!
