I seem to be losing a steady 1lb per week at the moment!
I'm giving up smoking for lent (10th February) and I'm really going to try not to gain weight/ replace smoking with eating. I'll be happy if I just maintain!
132.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks guys :) Yes unfortunately 12 hours shifts seem normal now- I ended up doing three 16hour shifts last week (08:30-00:30)! There's a shortage of nurses in my unit at the moment... I decided to give up smoking for lent because last year I went vegan and ended up sticking with it after lent was over! It's helped me lose weight and feel generally healthier, plus after doing all the research on factory farming etc. I couldn't go back to eating meat, eggs and dairy.
