Went down again back to where I was a few weeks ago, which is great. Weighed in yesterday but forgot to record it. Its suppose to warm up around Boston this week so hoping to get some walking in and drop a few pounds to a new low. Not a fan of indoor working out
175.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
